To advance and encourage Paralegals in the Shenandoah Valley; to develop, promote and maintain the highest degree of competence within the profession; to acknowledge and promote the roles and contributions of Paralegals within the profession; to be a source of information and assistance for its members and the community; and to cultivate a spirit of friendship and cooperation among its members.
